A Ghanaian fabrication, engineering, and project management company built on workshop craft and site discipline.
Our Story
NUVO MAXX began as a small steel workshop in Tema serving contractors who needed fabricated sections quickly and correctly. As the work grew, so did the shop: longer fabrication beds, overhead cranes, dedicated welding bays, and an engineering desk that turns client drawings into cutting lists and weld maps.
Today we fabricate structural steel, lifting equipment, tanks, skids, towers, and access structures for construction, energy, ports, mining, and manufacturing clients with extensive experience gained on projects across Ghana.
Our approach is simple. Engineer it properly, fabricate it in a controlled shop, test it before it ships, install it safely, and hand over the paperwork that proves it.
Our People
Fabrication is a trade, and our crew carries it. Welders, fitters, platers, machinists, riggers, and site supervisors work together from mark out to final coat, with a supervisor accountable for each package.
We invest in training, protective equipment, and toolbox talks because good steelwork and safe work come from the same habits.

Our Offices and Partners
NUVO MAXX is registered in Ghana and works from two offices. Our Tema office and workshop on Akosombo Road sits beside Tema Port and the industrial estates, while our Takoradi office serves the Western Region, the harbour, and clients in the energy and mining sectors.
All of our fabrication and project delivery is carried out in Ghana. Beyond Ghana we hold partnerships rather than operations. We collaborate with partner workshops and engineering teams in Kenya, Cote D'Ivoire, and Uganda, and with a technical partner in Germany who supports us on design, specialist materials, and quality assurance.
That network lets us take on work that needs more capacity, specialist equipment, or engineering input, while our own crew keeps full control of fabrication, installation, and handover.
