NUVO MAXX was established on 13th September 2023 under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (Act 151) of the Republic of Ghana (Reg. No. BN858050923). Founded by David Maxwell, the company was born from a clear need in the African market — businesses required a reliable, knowledgeable, and locally rooted partner to handle the complexity of freight, logistics, and construction material supply.

Based in Tema along the Akosombo Road, we operate at the heart of Ghana's most active port city. Today our reach extends well beyond Ghana's borders, with active operations in Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Mali, Niger, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, and Morocco — giving us a strategic advantage in serving importers, exporters, construction firms, and businesses across West and North Africa.
