Heavy Duty Spreader Beam
Designed, fabricated, and proof load tested a heavy duty spreader beam with a four leg chain set, marked with its safe working load and certified for use on the client's lifting operations.
Long Span Girder Fabrication
Set out and welded long span plate girders on our fabrication beds, working under overhead cranes to control distortion and hold tight dimensional tolerances across the full length.
Skid Fabrication and Load Test
Built a heavy transport skid and carried out a supervised crane load test with the client's engineers present, recording deflection and issuing full test documentation on completion.
Lattice Tower Fabrication and Erection
Fabricated a bolted lattice tower with an access ladder and platform, delivered it in sections, and erected it on a prepared foundation before final alignment and protective coating.
Engineered Lifting Frame
Engineered a lifting frame for an awkward crane pick, sizing the beam and wire rope slings to the load case and supplying the calculations and rigging plan alongside the finished equipment.
Formed Plate and Panel Work
Cut, pressed, and welded formed steel panels for a plant enclosure, handling each finished panel with overhead lifting gear to protect the coating before packing and delivery.
Machined Component Batch Production
Produced a repeat batch of machined and pressed steel components to client drawings, with first article inspection and dimensional checks through the run to keep every part interchangeable.
CNC Plate Profiling Package
Profiled a full set of base plates, gussets, and cleats from mild steel plate on our cutting bed, nested to minimise waste and deburred ready for fit up and welding.
Modular Multi Point Spreader Beam
Designed and built a modular spreader beam with multiple lifting points and matched chain slings, then proof load tested and certified it for repeat heavy lifts on client sites.
Stainless Process Tank and Frame
Fabricated a stainless steel process vessel with agitator mount, access ladder, and support frame, finished to hygienic standards for a food and beverage processing client.
Heavy Skid Frames and Columns
Built heavy duty equipment skids and fabricated columns from rolled sections, welded to procedure and dimensionally surveyed before shipment to site for installation.
Warehouse Frame and Cladding
Erected a large portal frame warehouse and installed roof and wall cladding, with our riggers and fitters working section by section to a sequenced installation plan.
Container Canopy Structure
Fabricated and installed a steel canopy and walkway framework over a container facility, tied into the container structure and set out on site by our installation crew.
Sheet Metal Enclosure Batch
Laser cut, folded, and welded a batch of sheet metal equipment enclosures with mounting cut outs and fixing points, all built to identical tolerances for easy assembly.
Architectural Metalwork and Gates
