Structural Steel Fabrication
We fabricate primary and secondary steelwork for industrial buildings, warehouses, workshops, platforms, and plant structures. Sections are marked out on long fabrication beds, cut, drilled, assembled, and welded under our overhead cranes, then checked for fit before they leave the shop. Portal frames, rafters, columns, purlins, bracing, and base plates are supplied match marked and ready for bolting on site, which keeps erection fast and predictable.

Lifting Beams and Spreader Bars
Below the hook lifting equipment has to be right the first time. We design and build spreader beams, lifting frames, and modular spreader sets to suit the load, the sling angles, and the headroom available. Units are fabricated from certified plate and section, fitted with rated shackles and chain sets, painted high visibility yellow, stamped with the safe working load, and proof loaded before release. Test certificates and inspection records are issued with every item.

Engineering and Design
Every job starts at the drawing board. Our engineers take a brief, a sketch, or a client drawing and develop the design calculations, general arrangement, and fabrication details needed to build it. We size members, specify weld types, plan connections, and produce cutting lists so that material use is efficient and nothing is guessed on the shop floor. As built drawings and data packs are handed over at completion.

Welding and Machining
Our welding bays run MIG, MMA, and TIG processes to approved procedures, with welders qualified for the positions and materials they work on. Alongside welding we carry out press work, drilling, tapping, cutting, grinding, and finishing so components are completed in house rather than passed around subcontractors. Visual inspection is standard and non destructive testing is arranged where the specification calls for it.

Site Installation and Erection
Fabricated steel is only useful once it is standing. Our site teams handle transport, offloading, craneage, setting out, bolting, welding, and alignment, working to a lift plan agreed before mobilisation. We erect towers, tanks, frames, gantries, and access structures, complete punch lists with the client, and hand over a structure that is plumb, painted, and signed off.

Project Management
For clients who want one accountable partner, we manage the whole package. That means scoping the work, procuring material, scheduling the shop, coordinating subcontractors and cranes, controlling quality and safety, and reporting progress against programme. You get a single point of contact from enquiry through fabrication, testing, delivery, installation, and final documentation.
